About the Author
A. Christine is a Texas writer who enjoys fantasy, horror, and the supernatural, whether reading, writing, or watching. She graduated from Trinity University with a major in English. When she isn't writing, she spends her time making jewelry and desserts (not at the same time), singing, going to school to become a certified court reporter, and poking philosophical conundrums with sharp sticks.

Nightmare Novel Editing: Week 1
Pages edited: 170/308 Number of words cut: 1,788 words Favorite typo: “White power dusted her fingertips…” The number of words cut is surprisingly low for me, perhaps because I didn’t write this novel during NaNoWriMo, and as a result, I … Continue reading

Quick Update
I’ve been slowly working on a long post about the whole Sandy Hook shooting/gun control/gun rights controversy and going back and forth about whether I’ll post it at all. If not, there’s still a piece of microfiction I’d like to … Continue reading

Words written since Week 9: 15,913 words Word count: 106,143/120,000 Definitely stepped up my weekly writing, and I’m still not as close as I want to be to the end of the novel. I’m crossing fingers and toes hoping that … Continue reading

Nightmare Week 9
Words written since Week 8: 8,142 words Word count: 90,230/110,000 (too lazy for the meter right now) Quota seems to have been abandoned. I think I’ve officially reached the point of being overwhelmed. I really want to finish this novel … Continue reading
