About the Author
A. Christine is a Texas writer who enjoys fantasy, horror, and the supernatural, whether reading, writing, or watching. She graduated from Trinity University with a major in English. When she isn't writing, she spends her time making jewelry and desserts (not at the same time), singing, going to school to become a certified court reporter, and poking philosophical conundrums with sharp sticks.

This and That
The second pass of edits for the nightmare novel took longer than expected, but that’s because I did a third pass as well. The second pass was for the corrections that a psychologist consultant gave me on some scenes (I … Continue reading

Fairy Tale Remix Editing – Week 2
Pages edited: 372/436 Number of words cut: 10,500 words Favorite mistake: Sadly, none this week. All of it was pretty straightforward stuff. Well, the cuts started in earnest this week, whittling down the total number of pages from 448 to … Continue reading

Fairy Tale Remix Editing: Week 1
Pages edited: 180/448 Number of words cut: 3,841 words Favorite mistake: Actually, there wasn’t anything that really got me giggling over these last 180 pages. I think the closest I got to an amusing mistake was when I stated that … Continue reading

Nightmare Novel Editing: Week 1
Pages edited: 170/308 Number of words cut: 1,788 words Favorite typo: “White power dusted her fingertips…” The number of words cut is surprisingly low for me, perhaps because I didn’t write this novel during NaNoWriMo, and as a result, I … Continue reading
