About the Author
A. Christine is a Texas writer who enjoys fantasy, horror, and the supernatural, whether reading, writing, or watching. She graduated from Trinity University with a major in English. When she isn't writing, she spends her time making jewelry and desserts (not at the same time), singing, going to school to become a certified court reporter, and poking philosophical conundrums with sharp sticks.

This Ain’t a Fairy Tale II :: Costumes
I’m a child of the classic Disney generation. Most of the present generation will know Disney/Pixar animation, but not the best of the Disney fairy tale days. We all know there’s some problematic elements to the Disney movies (what popular … Continue reading

From Writing to Reality
Last weekend, I participated in my voice teacher’s summer showcases. I’ve been taking from her off and on for the better part of 13 years (I don’t want to think about that number too hard), and I’ve grown a tremendous … Continue reading

End of 2012
We saw the end of 2012 without an official apocalypse. I keep expecting Washington to collapse any second now. However, I imagine that particular apocalypse is going to be a slow, painful death, so in the meantime, we’re alive. But … Continue reading

Outage
I wake up feeling stifled, but that sometimes happens. I sleep warmly and feel more cocooned with a comforter, even in the summer (it is still officially spring, but I call it summer when our highs pass the mid-80s). I … Continue reading

If the Shoe Fits
If you don’t like shoes, you are more than welcome to skip on by. I don’t expect everyone to appreciate my Cinderella moments when I actually find shoes that fit my feet and look good, too. For the longest time, … Continue reading
